About Me & My Approach

Hi, I’m Chris. I’m a qualified therapist and a registered member of the BACP. I work with people who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in their heads or weighed down by emotional blocks. My role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on and feel more connected to yourself again.Inner Dynamic is not surface-level coaching or generic advice. It’s rooted in therapeutic understanding, emotional connection, and ongoing support that actually adapts to your life.This space offers both depth and flexibility. It’s not just about what happens in a session. It’s about having someone in your corner who understands, checks in, and helps you stay grounded even outside those sessions.You might be working through tough feelings, trying to rebuild routines, or just feel like something is off.
